Visa types and fees
These rules follow the same structure as the United Arab Emirates. Fees are in Dirham.

There is no grace period. Overstaying means a daily fine, so extend online before your visa ends.
The new Greenfield International Airport opens for Expo
The biggest moment of Expo UET 2027 is the grand opening of Greenfield International Airport, the UET's first airport. Built beside the Expo site, it will welcome the first Expo visitors with a rainforest garden, a train link and an air show above the bay.

Questions
Can I extend my visa?
Yes. Apply online before your visa ends. An extension adds 30 days and costs 600 to 850 Dirham.
Do children need a visa?
Yes. Children need the same visa as their parents, with their own passport.
Can I enter the UET more than once?
Multiple-entry e-visas and the Expo UET Pass allow it. Visa-free entry counts as a new stay each time, up to 90 days in 180.
Is this the real UAE visa policy?
No. The UET is a fictional country. These rules copy the shape of UAE rules, but they aren't official.
